OK check you firing order. A engine can sound good with no load and as soon as a load is put on it no power. Do a static time to make sure you got it close at Top Dead Center points just starting to open. Pull your air cleaner off for the air flow test. Make sure your firing on all plugs pulling the wire off each one then back on. You will be able to tell if it isn't there will be no change.
