John. The switch is a real easy install. But if your battery goes down that quick, you have something pulling on the power side. When it's dark, disconnect the ground and hold the cable about 1/8" away from the post. If you see a spark you know there is power going somewhere. As others said, it could be inside the alternator. My W300 did that for months and I tried everything. Finally I found a relay to my backup lights that was bad. It's better to find the problem than to buy a better battery. All the better battery will give you is more time between drawing it down.
