Installing the Darn Windshield Gasket!?

How many fingers and hands do you need to put the windshield gasket in? Got it to lock in most of the way but the lower corners are giving me some trouble! Thinking of putting some canvas material under it so I can slide it out to keep it in place as I close the gap? Just hard to keep lifting up the frame to fix one end and having the other side pop out! Wiper Motors are easy compared to putting this gasket in.
