It shows up on CL in Maryland, Bmore Craigslist every few months. I've talked to the seller and he just can't get rid of it. Body belt line on the east coast one is trashed and you'd spend a month with a spoiler bead roll die getting it all made and replaced.
That one above, I believe belonged to a guy I know through Pirate4x4. Huge argument amongst the "know it alls" claiming it was in fact a WWII vehicle with a late model front end, when in fact the ambulance body appears to have been built by an entirely different company.
