I appreciate the help -- Jerry in ID your picture does seem to be what I have. I will do some follow up with the suggestions to see if I can find the correct handle that I am missing -- I may just be able to work with what I have as well.
I also like the current bumper setup -- it has been helpful as a standing platform dealing with several fuel delivery issues under the hood (accelerator pump in the carb/weak fuel pump/etc.)
