Nice Job Mark! It looks like that motor has a 2-1/2" shaft, do you think a 1-1/2" shaft would work? Looking at the passenger motor, I wonder if the cover plate could be machined to run the shaft out the back so you could flip the motor and avoid cutting the valence? Or maybe have a new cover cast with enough meat in it to machine it up? Or a piece of 1/2" plate? Just thinking out loud here.
