Ignition dwell question

I had a couple of minutes tonight to tinker on the M37. I hooked up the dwell meter and got a reading of 37 degrees. I read on the archives that 38 degrees is the magic number.
Is it worth pulling the distributor to readjust for one degree of dwell, or is that considered a lot?
