Thanks for the update. Always good to count the parts ahead of time. I recently bought a trailer hitch that came with a very large bag of nuts, bolts, and washers. It was missing one grade-8 washer. Not a big deal, but I called the company and asked if they could sent me another washer. They said sure, and the next thing I knew I had an entire replacement hardware bag. Now I have lots of extras.
