Andrew, there are two places to adjust, the rod at the pedal and the rod at the slave cylinder.
Start by making sure the hydrolic system is working and bleed of air.
First set the rod from pedal to master cylinder under the dash just left if the steering coulum.Might take two wrenches, one to hold the adjustable rod and the other on the locking nut. Set it so that you have about one inch of free travel on the pedal to engage the master cylinder. You must be careful about getting it too tight but if it is too loose you will be wasting stroke that will not allow your clutch to disengage.
If I haven't got you thoroughly confused yet, then got under the truck and adjust to rod from the slave cylinder to the clutch fork. It will help to pull the dust cover from the bottom of the bell housing to look at the clearance between the throw out bearing and the fingers of the pressurplate.
Adjust the rod so that you have enough clearance there so as to not turn the bearing with the fingers.
That should do it unless you have other issues, like broken return springs at all of the locations.

My w300 threw a curve at me after doing all of the above I found the fulcrum ball worn so much that I couldn't get enough adjustment and had to replace it and the clutch fork. Gook luck.
