I just got back from a North East road trip. I stopped at Hershey for the bis swap meet I have been hearing about for 40 years. It was huge and in one day I couldn't cover the whole thing. Saw the Alfred State Power wagon that ran the Route 66 race. The student I talked to said the only breakdown was a fuse and the highest outside temperature was 112 degrees in the Arizona desert. They ran it with the hood off. He said the speed was 55-60 with standard gears. Pretty darn impressive but you would have to be young to put up with that ride on your bones. The trip was beautiful and I saw many farms where I could imagine many of you guys living and storing your PWs. Many of us on the west coast have a 6000-10000 sq ft lot and lucky to have enough garage space to work on them. Not complaining but a different world.
