I'm running 72 Chevy Blazer front , single piston calipers. Part number NIF RC4213 and NIF RC4214. On my bill for those, I wrote rears on it, but I'm not 100% positive as the timeline is in line with the fronts. Haven't found the bill for the other set yet. If those are not for a 1978 Chevy 1 ton front, then those are what I used on the rear. In any event, the other end is also single piston. I'm using a Dana 60 front axle from a 1978 Chevy 1 ton in the front so all the part numbers for the brake stuff would come from that.

The Master cylinder is part # FCM M3011. It was originally used on a late 90's 3/4 - 1 ton truck having 4 wheel disc with factory Hydroboost. I'm almost positive it is a 1 5/16" bore. Not many using that size out there as I recall. I kept getting smaller versions from supplier as they were boxed wrong so do check! When I ordered the calipers I had one single piston, one twin piston, boxed wrong as well. I also got a proportioning valve from Jegs to control the balance front to rear.

For pedals I'm using hanging pedals. From the same 1978 Chevy i ton, I took the whole assembly and cut it down to fit under the dash. Made up brackets to adapt using existing holes under there. I had to put 5 holes in the firewall. One for the pedal rod and 4 holes to secure using their mounting system. That is the only mods there. I'm running the stock pedal assembly and heated and bent the pedal arm to clear the steering column as I centered the column to the dash gauges. (see pic) I'm running the column to the outside of the frame as opposed to the stock inside position on the military 1/2 tons. More engine/header clearance that way.

The brakes work better than most any truck I've ever driven. It'll lock all 4 up easily with very little pedal pressure, just the right amount to me.

I tried to use most all the parts from an existing setup. That is why I used all the 78 Chevy stuff I could. All I know is that it works great with no issues.
