That's not the same Gov.
Look again at Dave's Picture.
That is a stationary engine with the constant load speed gov. to maintain a set RPM.
It is not controllable like the PW governor.
There is no place for the dash control rod.
the pw gov. was a king seeley with a engage able hub, and the dash control.
Your's could be made to work with a lot of effort.
But still wouldn't be able to disengage it via the hub. You would need to remove the belt.
