Believe it or not, that bracket was bent in my 20 ton Harbor Freight press using the SWAG Off Road finger type press brake. I made my own adjustable width dies to control my bend radius. It works excellent as I have tapered shims in the first set that gives enough seat angle over 90 degrees that I don't have to "coin" at the end of the bend to get a 90 out of it.
