I confess, I too buy from Indiana Oxygen. It's difficult to beat economy of scale, especially on consumables. IOG operates differently from the usual drop shippers, and is a legit business, not fat Fred in his jammies.
Another great vendor is Bettymills.com, but you'll need to set aside an evening to look at all Betty offers for sale. Betty ships fittings and consumables to my door at a lower price than my LWS buys them from the manufacturer.
Just remember, next time you get pissed at the price of a 240 Oxygen at the LWS that he has to pay empoyees, insurance and taxes, and that Dollar now comes from compressed gas since manufacturers like Indochina Thug Works cut his throat. Wait till you see how much AirGas appreciates your business as a customer.
I suggest you contact Jim Colt at Hypertherm and talk to him about the screwed up torch.
At Hypertherm you talk to real US people, who own the company they get paychecks from in the last couple years. They care a hell of a lot more now.
