No even after over 350 ft of welds. I added it up once. The lid leaked on one corner in the gasket when the truck was pointed up/hill pretty good. I had a gasket on the bolt on top cover and it did not seal real good at one point. Just dripped and ran down the side till I re/sealed it. This was my second welding job after I bought a new Miller 225 wire feed. I was lucky cause I only welded up a few chunks to see how I was penetrating the steel and beat on them trying to break the weld. Then put the tank together.. Washed the PW today and now you can see the black and cyber grey colors difference.
