that is the high mount pump and fan--i have the same on my lg block 236(same family as 251 and 265
milo has the low mount it is lower and further forward than the high mount--the high mount is more better so you are good there
fan needs to be pulling thru the rad.
easiest solution is to get the 61 and up front rad support grill and sheet metal as it was all modified for the lower pump mount and longer 251 block
the other route i took was got a bigger radiator off of a izuzu forward or some such
it was the only one i could find that would fit but it fit in front of the rad. frame support not inside it lke stock and i reworked the tabs on the rad. so the rad. mounts to the grill bolts

and then i had a rad. shop install a neck up to the hole in the shell missing the fan
have not run it yet tho
there was another truck for sale awhile ago with the long block and high fan and he made it all work with the early sheet metal
me thinks the early rad and can modified to fit your motor with the high fan as the high fan is further back than the low fan as in milo s pic
i have another truck with a 230 and ideally i was gonna pull that rad. and modify it for my 236 lg block but i could not get to it as it in my house up agains the wall and now way to move it at the time
howerver now it is moved and i am gonna pull it and see what can be done
