I have a similar issue with my neck being too straight from an injury as a kid. The chiropractor had me lay on the floor with a section of foam pool noodle under my neck at the base of skull to encourage my neck into a more normal shape. After 10 minutes a day for several weeks, it really helped, with the chronic pain and headaches going away. I would not pretend to diagnose your condition, or suggest this would work for you, but I would suggest visiting a chiropractor or six, until you find one you like, trust, and helps you feel better. One of the best chiropractors I've ever visited is actually a D.O. with a gift for recognizing skeletal issues and correcting them.
