I had a over heating problem with my first PW. I hooked up a High Volume Water Pump to the bottom hose and blew the crap out of the block lots of stuff came out. I stuck my pressure washer in the drain valve hole also. Hooked the pump up to the radiator and ran a few hundred gallons thru it to. Over heating problem solved.
