It definitely overheating it is boiling the coolant checked using a Lazer thermometer and only 10-15 degree difference on the engine in places when it was running. The electric fan moves more air than the stock one ever did. The previous owner was also having this issue and when he had the radiator rebuilt he had them put it in the mount backwards and moved both necks to get it closer to the fan.this truck was built from parts and pieces of 4 different trucks . I have thought about tearing the engine down and sending the block off to be baked to remove all the internal rust then have to do a complete rebuild. I have also tried no thermostat and just using a restrictor plate and still it overheats. I think it has major restriction in the block somewhere I can't see,compression some how getting into the coolant system or I am not turning the water pump at the correct speed. My crank shaft pulley is so big I have to undo the front engine mount to put a new v-belt on. All the input is greatly appreciated.
