The rad was rebuilt just a few years ago I have great flow from top to bottom as I pour water in to it with the lower hose off it comes out as fast as I put it in. I inspected the water pump and impeller is tight on the shaft. I replaced the coolant passage tube.flushed the system with acid. 14 inch electric fan .checked the timing replaced the head gasket.pulled the freeze plugs and not much rust in the block. Engine was rebuilt sometime it has .040 over pistons in it. Deck was flat as well as the head. Yet it still over heats
