Mine had been knocked in from previous owner carrying timber on it. As I worked the roof back up I got to a point where I thought it was close, but it oil-canned through the middle section. Talked to another old guy who did a lot of panels and he said the go back to the edges and bring the middle up some more. There shouldn't be any flat sections, it should be a series of different curves all blended into each other and without the flat, there's no oil-can effect. So that's what I did and it worked great.
