Matt tisdale stretches the frame 12 inches on his crew cabs now to accommodate a bed that doesn't look like the fenders are running into the back of cab. From there guys like Dan Mininger (Precision Power wagons) and Legacy Classic trucks repowers them with a modern power terrain that drives and stops like a modern vehicle. They have both done some really nice crew cabs.
Here is one legacy did: I think it needs a pocket in the middle but i like the longer bed. Dan Is doing one right now with the longer bed in a forest green. Looks really nice!
