Wittenberg was a surplus dealer on Hwy 99 in Federal Way, WA. They basically took M37 when they were dirt cheap and made them into farm trucks. I'm not sure what the initial conversion entailed other than replacing the hood and fenders with the ugly but practical fiberglass tilt-up, but I think they generally cobbled on an MU2 winch and converted the electrics to 12V. At least the remaining ones seem to be that way.
