One piece Door Window Removal and Installation Instructions
1) Remove door panel
2) Put masking tape on both sides of window slot in door if you are worried about the paint.
3) Remove the stop screws in the lower window track
4) Wind window until rollers line up with slots in lower window channel
5) Pop rollers out of lower window track. Be sure to support the window or it will fall to the door bottom.
6) Rotate window glass 90 degrees. I believe that you need to make the front edge rotate to the top position. You may have to move the window up and down in doing this.
7) Once window is rotated push it up through the window slot in the door. Once the window is coming up through the slot, tilt it either outward or inward (can't remember which way) and keep the window moving upward and it will come out. It is a tight fit that is why the masking tape is suggested if you are worried about the paint.
