It tucks into the cabs door jam frame and will bolt to it with 2- Flat Head Bolts in the jam next to the door. If there is enough room I will use regular bolts. Then I will put a steel strap behind the PWs Cab Brace also bolted to the mount made for mounting it. I need to cut the small piece of tin in the way for it to go down flush. The bolt will go thru the head liner into the seat belt nut. For it to rip out my shoulder will fold first and it will have to tear out a lot of metal in the process. I have installed shoulder belts before and tested them in a few wrecks at 60 mph and was lucky to walk away from them not hurt. One rolled and the other went end over end down a embankment! It was in younger years!
