Spacers for Cab is this right?

Next project is the cab spacers. From what I have read in archives you use 2- 3/8" flat rubber/fiber spacers on the rear and 2- 1 9/16" block spacers with 3/8" rubber/fiber pads under them. Solid bolt on drivers side front and bolts W/springs on the rest and shim if necessary. Is this correct? The cab is now dry it was painted a while back and getting ready will take a few more days. I want to put a few things on the cab first like the 5 roof running lights maybe the windshield and heater box.
