The 17.5" X 5.25" Budd #71320 (six hand holes) or Budd #79120 ( three hand holes) will be your easiest to locate. But an 8-17.5" tire is a lot shorter than your 7.50-17", about 32" vs 34".
IHC did use a 17" X 5.00", Budd #63770, DRW having 5" offset and having the coined 6 X 7.25" pattern. The NWRA cross reference code for it is X-45075 if a yard cares to try to find you a set. Stu
