I just visited a site that had one piece steel visors for '55 - '56 Chevys / Pont's. Probably won't fit our PW's, but obviously without center support. I believe all Fulton's were aluminum and needed the center support.
For the ambitious, there was a Popular Mechanics article from around the late 40's on home fabricating one out of aluminum.
