I am not familiar with the m37's, but you can hold your winch up to the frame horns to check width and as far as 230 or 251 extentions, you can use either one as long as you match the rear mount to it. (230 ext to 230 rear bracket. 251 ext to 251 rear bracket) I prefer the 251, gives room for hands and the drum isn't as close to the radiator.
