The vacuum port for the distributor may be ported vacuum. Only there when you open the throttle. Put the propane down and can you adjust the idle with the mixture screw to a spot that is smooth? If so your done. My Weasel has a idle that has a slight miss to it but I can adjust the idle to a good low idle and fuel mixture is good. Bring the idle up and she smooths right out. I think it may just be a sticky valve or one that is not closing 100 percent. If you want Put a vacuum gauge on her and 1 at a time pull a plug wire off to see what cylinder makes the most difference. If all the same your good to go. Enjoy. Some times we over think stuff.
