You running stock fuel pump or electric?
If electric it can't have no more than 5 to at most 6PSI otherwise it will overwhelm the float in the carb.
Is the system dirty?
Fuel filter in place?
Long shot getting dirt/debris in the flow and holding the float needle off it's seat.
