Does this look like an MU2?

Saw this International for sale locally, asking $900, and am thinking that might be an MU2 winch on the front of it. Have not seen it in person. Winch lever is obviously home-made. If it is an MU2, anybody know what kind of tranny they used on the binder or whether the PTO off it will fit an NP420.
