No, I get that. The whole system is set up for the "normal" person. Anyone here is not really a normal person, if for no other reason than most have some mechanical aptitude. It is remarkably frustrating when someone tries to talk to me like I don't know a lug nut from a turn signal, or assume I can't or shouldn't do more than hand them money and nod.
It's one of the biggest reasons I end up doing it all myself.
