I have Ray's front disk brake conversion kit for my FlatFender, not yet installed... bearings & seals, not yet installed... lockout hubs, not yet installed... but's it's back on the "to-do" list! I rank second to none for procrastination. I just got around to moving the parts and supplies (almost all of it) I had stored in the bed of my PW from my home move last May and actually had forgotten about a few items! I'm thinking maybe a new master brake cylinder upgrade with dual lines should be on the list. I'm sure I could NOT handle a PW without ANY brakes, let alone take away my booster!
