I believe those are just tire covers. If you look REAL close at the right front tire (left side of the picture) you can ALMOST make out a tire. Also, if you look through the opening in the bumper, you can see some fans. Possibly cooling fans for the engine(s)? They did get the windshield wipers wrong…at least compared to mine.

That would be one cool ride, although I’m not sure where you’d sit!
