Jerry-- I woukld try to drive a 6 point socket, preferably impact, over the heads. You may have to grind the outside of the socket. Before you do this it is important that you take a large punch and try to move the head of the bolts sideways. You will not be able to see it move but one good blow with a small hammer should do the trick. This breaks the seat of the bolt. If this fails, you will have to break the rotor at the flange to gain better access to the heads. These bearings consist of two tapered bearings with a precision ground spacer between them and are serviced as an assembly. The only logical way to check them is to grasp the rotor and see if there is any slack, there shouldn't be any. GOOD LUCK-----GILES
