You may be able to drill the older doors in the correct locat1ons to accept the vent wing hardware and window regulator, if there is actually metal in those locat1ons. The only thing keeping this from working is that the original vent wing mounting slots were in recesses which means you may have to use washers as spacers to make up the difference. Then, because the bolt heads are not in recesses, their protrusion may make mounting the interior door panels a problem.
