I've got one and one only off of my 49 B1PW. It needs a little minor repair, but includes headlight bucket, trim ring etc. No mounting bracket. I would highly recommend ordering the bracket from VPW. They're pretty spendy but in looking at them well worth it. Even when you have to pay postage to Alaska! If you want the headlight, I'll take $50 plus postage. Give me a call at 907-895-4638 in evenings or leave a response or Email. I'm only at a computer every two weeks, so telephone is best bet.
