It is a cousin of the hemi engine.It is a Polyspherical engine with the shape of the head defining the engine,hence poly- head.It was a slimmed down hemi(Hemispherical) so far as manufacturing processes.One rocker shaft per head,casting instead of machining the combustion chamber and on.
