How about us B1-WDX guys. Actually, I am interested in the second series, 3 pocket beds. I would even be willing to use a WDX bed in my B4 except the rear fenders (I have 2 NOS ones :)) won't work with the WDX bed as you know. I gather yor strategy is to see how well the WDX beds sell before embarking on tooling up any others (second and third series). This makes sense. Unfortnately, there are probably in terms of shear number, more B1-WDX trucks in need of repalcement beds than WDX since that truck only was produced from 46-49(?). Just food for thought.
