Off and on for the past 15 years, I've looked for a civilian or military PW in Central Texas and I'm still looking, although in that time, I've owned 4 Willys CJ Jeeps and have a cherry '54 CJ3B right now. There seem to be more M37's around in various stages of decomposition. I have only found one or two civilian models and none were priced as parts trucks. There also seems to be more dealer sources for M37 parts than civ.
