You didn't say if you checked for spark. The way I was taught is to start at the cylinder and work backwards. You already know that you are getting fuel to the cylinders. Now check for spark and work upstream until you find the problem.
It has been my experience that if you are getting spark, most likely the timing chain has jumped.
