Rust converters-coatings for frame?

In the past there has been discussion concerning rust converters-coatings that are applied over rusted metal, i.e. frames and the like. I have my B4 down to the frame and plan to blast the loose rust and apply one of the popular coatings. Now the dilemma, Which brand to buy, POR 15, CORELESS, or what?

I would like something that keeps any rust left on at bay and can be painted over, can be sprayed on and dosn't cost a bundle. I'm sure that this is a common concern any feedback is sincerely appreciated.
