This is the hitch. With the tabs sticking out when bolted thru the side of the frame, I can use one for the rear tail lights. The other for the bracket holding the Mud Flap covering to mid wheel for WA State & DOT. I can suck it up tight to the cross member and bolt it in the middle if needed.
