One door in a day is enough for me. Got the last 2 pins out with a little help from my punch and oil. I welded up 15 holes but used small cut sections of PW Sheet Metal for backing and just welded it on filling the hole in. Worked for me way better than trying to fill across the hole over a special metal chunk. I ground it flat then sanded the works and filled just the weld marks with Bondo.
I also removed all the guts out of the door and sand blasted it to look new again. I need to find all the glass weather stripping stuff to replace my old with. Tomorrow I will take off the Cowl Lights for a easy day. I need to soak those threads over night first.
