The way you keep from getting old is to not act old :)
The minute I catch myself doing something I remember as a youngster that the older folks do... I stop it immediately! :)
The next important rule is to never dwell on pain or injuries...we learn to overcome the pain & function with it.
The most important rule...never let the younger man beat you! If by chance he does...absolutely do not use age as your crutch & never let it happen again...even if it means 6 more broken ribs to hand him a beat down.
