Epoxy, then fill the dents then seal with epoxy again. Run a bead of seam sealer down the side seams, around the firewall and across the floor seams while you are at it. The seam can be so small that you will never see it. If you use the good stuff the paint will not crack where it bridges the seam and water will never be a problem.
