I ran a B45 Shindaiwa for 19 years without major trouble. Biggest issue was to replace a rubber "in Tank" fuel line that went bad from ethanolised fuel. After 19 years of hard use, it just plain Wore Out. Shindaiwa merged with Echo, and no longer supply psrts, or bring that model in to North America. I bought a Stihl FS240, but it is no where near as torquey or robust. The Shindaiwa B45 or B450 are still made, so I may have to import one from somewhere that they are still available.
