I really hate it when rich guys think they don't have to follow the rules. Reminds me of that Mark Hemstreet guy who's always on the radio doing ads for his hotel chain. He has a huge spread in Oregon between Wallowa and the Grand Ronde river. First he tried to block the public road that runs through it. Then he got caught having hunting parties where they had a bowl of big-game tags on the dining room table and if one of his buddies bagged something, he could go get a tag for it. Big-time political operator so somehow he weaseled out of that one.
