their are no American truck dealers in any of those countries. the jihadists would burn them down before they got built. Toyota is the only major presence in most of the places. you do see some used ones in the news once and a while. that one F250 plumbing company truck ended up with isis and they guy started getting death threats here at home. he didn't know it was being shipped to an Isis dealer in the middle east.
